Thanks for all the parents/families who came to support the girls this past Saturday at the first Competition. I know it was a emotional start but honestly they are so talented and I can not wait for you to see them improve as there season improves. They have had clean practices where it has given Coach Kati and I chills. They are AMAZING!

Hang tough through the next 13 weeks, sadly enough this years cheer will come to an end and we will be gearing up for tryouts. Tryouts have been scheduled for March 21, 22, 23.

Cheer Camp!

We had a very successful week at camp. The squad received multiple trophies and awards. The greatest honor of them all was the Leadership Award; where the entire camp voted for the team that they wished they could be apart of - based on all aspects (talent, spirit, overall attitudes, etc). I'm so proud of these girls!

I am Kati Wyatt, the new Assistant Coach

Here is just a little bit about me:
I have been involved in cheerleading for over 7 years; including: North Layton Jr. High, Northridge High School, BYU, MACS All-Stars, and Universal Cheerleaders Association. I competed in power tumbling for 8 years. I have taught cheer and dance classes at many dance studios and cheer gyms over the years. In August 2010, I graduated from BYU with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. I recently became a Certified Zumba Instructor and am lined up to become a Certified Personal Trainer. I look forward to some great experiences with you all this year. Come try out to be part of Orem High’s cheerleading program which includes: competition, cheering at games, performing in assemblies and half times, and many different special appearances and trips.

Who? Anyone who will be going into 9^th, 10^th, 11^th, or 12^th grade for the 2011-2012 School Year.  Yes, freshmen are now allowed to cheer at Orem High!

Important Try Out Information Meeting- Tuesday March 22^nd 3:30pm- OHS Cafeteria- Parents Invited!

Clinics: Wednesday March 30^th, and Thursday March 31^st from
