Ladies what an incredible week! You have worked so hard! All of you! SO SO proud of you!
Please remember to bring your checks for Paul tomorrow. Or venmo him! He will not order our music until we are all paid. The music is as important than anything because it has we have to obtain the rights to use it. Paul is awesome, so lets make sure we get him taken care of.

10:00 for Competition Choreography. We will finish up at 3:00

Now for some housekeeping:
Here is the policy for lateness to practices
1-10 minutes=1lap/quarters
11-15 minutes=2 laps/ 2 quarters
16-20 minutes=3 laps/ 3 quarters
21+ minutes= 4 laps and treats for the team on Friday/ ONE GAME
We have a log in, the girls sign as they come in to practice with the time they arrived. Each Friday we will go through and tally the laps for the individuals who were late to practice for the week. They will run there laps on Fridays. Once School Starts it will be on the last class day of the week.
If a cheerleader is has more than four laps for being late to practice in 1 week, they will sit a quarter for the amount of time over four laps.
EXAMPLE: CHeerleader has was late 32 minutes in one week. She has 4 laps on Friday and will sit 2 quarters.
If a cheerleader becoming habitually late, we will have a meeting with her and her parents to come decide the consequence, which could be dismissal.
If a cheerleader is disrespectful to anyone on the team or coaches. They will be given laps for their attitude.
Please ladies be on time and respectful. RESPECT AND TIME ARE VALUABLE ASSETS TO THE SUCCESS OF A TEAM.
As a reminder, missing any mandatory practices:
1 day = 1 quarter
2 day = 2 quarter
3 day = 3 quarter
4 day = One Game
Unexcused practice absences:
1 day =2 Quarters
2 days = 1 game
3 days = probation and meeting with Coach, Admin and Parent
4 days = Dismissal from team
AS for illness, if a cheerleader is to sick for practice and school day of game, she will not be cheering at the game that night. She will then contract with coach to make up the missing points for the game.

August is officially here, which means its about to get CRAZY
We sent the girls home with August Calendars. PLEASE put them somewhere you can check it daily and make note of the notes at the bottom:

We have an emergency last uniform order for the Motionflex Shorts, that go under their uniform skirts. Please get online and pay for them ASAP. They were somehow left off their orders.
We have a BBQ this week on Thursday at 6 @Brynnes with Salem Hills HS Cheer. We will be eating, having some competitions, playing some games and going to the splash pad at the park.
We need the info for banners TODAY!
