COOPERS RUN!!! & PRACTICE JULY 30 &31

Okay ladies our help is needed!!!! I need ALL, EVERYONE!!!!! To be at Coopers Run THIS Saturday July 28th @ 8 AM. Blue Shorts Yellow OHS T.  We are meeting at the church on 8th East and 1000 South Orem. You won't miss all the booths and fun. This is a wonderful event to help support. If you can not make it....you MUST text me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for supporting the Koffords. They are a great asset to our community and it is a pleasure to help them.

Practice for next week is MONDAY JULY 30th and TUESDAY July 31st  7AM to 9AM both days. The fieldhouse, A gym and dance room are being refinished so we will be on the TRACK. We will review all football cheers and lines as well as kick offs and quarter breaks. Captains be prepared with whatever your responsibilities are.

I am working on getting  car wash hooked up. More info will be coming.

Cooper's Run & Weekend Conditioning

Hello girls! Hope you are recovering with some rest!
SO here is your weekend conditioning....
3 sets of 10 on each leg candlesticks
3 sets of 25 crunches
10 toe touch jumps with correct technique
10 kicks each leg
3 sets of 20 dips
3 sets of 10 on each leg pendulum lunges
3 sets of 20 squat jumps
run 10 minutes
streches 5 minutes AT the LeAst!

ALSOThe Kofford family would love your help at the AF parade this weekend Saturday at 8ish, handing out flyer's for Coopers Run. I will text you exact times tonight. Thank you to those who have already said they would help! It is awesome to help out for a GREAT cause! Plan on as early as 7:30

NEXT SATURDAY, JULY 28TH WE ARE HELPING WITH COOPERS RUN! 8:00 AM I will post more info this weekend. We run the water stops and cheer on and perform.

ITS CAMP TIME!!!!!

Follow the map to the Fort Douglas Museum which is located on Hempstead Road. You will follow that road to Fort Douglas Blvd. We will be in the parking lot located next to building SP 814. If you zoom in on the buildings you will find the buildings...we will meet in the parking lot to south of those buildings for check in.

Saturday any parents who would like to come and watch the girls perform, the performances start at 9:00 on the field located on the map north of our dorms,located on fort Douglas Blvd. We should be finished up with everything by 10:45 Saturday Morning and girls need to be picked up at that time. Make sure your girls leave my cell number with you, so you may contact me as needed.

Get ready for a very exciting weekend girls!!!!

CAMP NEXT WEEK

PARENTS please print off the participation form for camp. It is located on the side bar. The girls must bring them to cheer on Monday. MUST have them completely filled out, COMPLETELY!

There will be NO meeting. Make sure you have your girls to the U of U by 11:00 AM on Thursday! NO LATER! They will need to have eaten lunch or bring a sack lunch with them. They will need to be picked up on Saturday around 10:30. The tentative schedule is also in the side bar. You can arrange car pools if needed. Please let me know what questions you have.

WE HAVE CHEER all week so girls prepare to work hard and get plenty of good sleep.

I will post directions to drop off at camp soon. Parents of returners, same place as last year.
