SO BE THERE AT 7am to warm up and to run through it a few times!!!
If you are running in the race you can change afterwords. This has been a great summer!
Our retreat has been scheduled
MONDAY AUGUST 15th-16th
@ 5:00pm leave for Lee's Family Cabin at Sundance
