What a fantastic trip! Full of lifetime memories. I enjoyed so much spending time as a team and having experiences I will forever cherish! So proud of all of you!

Bring $ for food and personal spending (look at packet paper for more info)
Bring an ID with you
One bag to check under plane -One bag to carry on
Pack a dress for dinner
It will be in 60's and 70's but bring a jacket for at night.
I will send out a final itinerary tonight.
Wear your OHS Cheer Baseball T shirt we gave you to the airport for team day;)

One week away from our goal ladies! One WEEK!
Balances are DUE! If you have not made your payments, they are past due.

5 MORE Practices!
Ladies, you did great this morning! The changes are gonna look great!
PLEASE BE ON TIME TO PRACTICE AND GAMES!
PARENTS...PLEASE do your part, by checking on your cheerleader. Has she left in the morning? We need the girls on time to practice. It is frustrating having to spend time contacting, texting, calling and wondering where someone is.
Balances are due and need to be paid off by Monday.
If you have ordered Disneyland tickets and are not flying with the team, contact me to arrange a time to pick your tickets up from me before we leave.
Friday practice is 7am
No girls game Friday. Everyone arrive at 6:30 White short sleeve uniform.

PRACTICE PERFECT PRACTICE CONSISTANT
Okay ladies we are less than 3 weeks from our goal!
Ask yourselves have you reached your personal yearly goal?
Are you giving 100% in practice?
Are your striving to practice perfect so your performance can reflect your practice?
Monday we will work stunts. Wednesday we will work Pyramid. Friday we will work every transition and connect all the cleaning so we can RUN RUN RUN it!
Fliers make sure you are stretching daily, you already should be, just reminding you.
Bases, do some extra strength training on your own, push ups, dips, plank.
This is going to take all of us, pushing ourselves to be our best! We want to celebrate after we nail our routine in 3 weeks!

DO NOT LOOSE IT! Sit down with Parent and cheerleader and go over it.
