* The after school times are for MAKING HOMECOMING POSTERS! You must choose one day to spend after school to help create the posters for the game on Friday. Homecoming week takes everyone=) We will discuss more in class.
*Remember your group assignments. If you have a commitment during your assignment, you must clear it through Coach Debi or Coach Bailee, in order to be excused.
*You ladies are amazing to watch progress! Every practice Bailee and I are excited to see you working together to accomplish whatever skill you are working on. Thank you for using the time in class to work! It pays off!
* Parents thanks for getting your girls where they need to be.With out you I KNOW they could not do what they need to do! Thank you! We do need 2 moms for Homecoming to help in concessions for the game. Please email or text me so I can let the amazing Kathy Bascom know who is helping=)
* Again Mini Cheer is approaching Sept. 25, 26, and 27. I will be in contact with the moms who have volunteered to help there. Flyer's and posters will be going in a week.

No game this week...BUT get those posters out Thursday!
CAPTAINS! REMEMBER our meeting on MONDAY morning at 6:30=)
MOMS who would be willing to help at home games in the food stand...please email or text me. We need at least 4 awesome parents to help.
MINI CHEER CLINIC is scheduled for September 25, 26 and 27. our mini cheer performance will be at a Sophomore Game halftime. Not enough home games to have it on a Friday. Girls please get your scheduled arranged to be there.
Once again get payments in=)
Cheerios do not forget we are a TEAM!!!! Be a builder....do not tear down our squad down, in or outside of cheer! Have a great week!

Practice will be the next 2 weeks on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 6:30- 9:30AM WORK HARD!!! We will be learning several new routines as well as polishing up cheers and stunts!!!!!!!!
MANDATORY to be there or you will not cheer first game! First Game August 17th!!!!!
Cheer Retreat will be August 10-11 at Rylie's family Cabin. More Info will be given to the girls at practice this week. It is just a fun time to bond together. Thank you to the Elders!!!!!!
Girls make those payments!!!!! When you register for school at OHS they have lockers assigned to cheer. They are in the same place as last year so make sure you ask for one of those=)

COOPERS RUN!!! & PRACTICE JULY 30 &31
Okay ladies our help is needed!!!! I need ALL, EVERYONE!!!!! To be at Coopers Run THIS Saturday July 28th @ 8 AM. Blue Shorts Yellow OHS T. We are meeting at the church on 8th East and 1000 South Orem. You won't miss all the booths and fun. This is a wonderful event to help support. If you can not make it....you MUST text me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for supporting the Koffords. They are a great asset to our community and it is a pleasure to help them.
Practice for next week is MONDAY JULY 30th and TUESDAY July 31st 7AM to 9AM both days. The fieldhouse, A gym and dance room are being refinished so we will be on the TRACK. We will review all football cheers and lines as well as kick offs and quarter breaks. Captains be prepared with whatever your responsibilities are.
I am working on getting car wash hooked up. More info will be coming.

Cooper's Run & Weekend Conditioning
Hello girls! Hope you are recovering with some rest!
SO here is your weekend conditioning....
3 sets of 10 on each leg candlesticks
3 sets of 25 crunches
10 toe touch jumps with correct technique
10 kicks each leg
3 sets of 20 dips
3 sets of 10 on each leg pendulum lunges
3 sets of 20 squat jumps
run 10 minutes
streches 5 minutes AT the LeAst!
ALSOThe Kofford family would love your help at the AF parade this weekend Saturday at 8ish, handing out flyer's for Coopers Run. I will text you exact times tonight. Thank you to those who have already said they would help! It is awesome to help out for a GREAT cause! Plan on as early as 7:30

Follow the map to the Fort Douglas Museum which is located on Hempstead Road. You will follow that road to Fort Douglas Blvd. We will be in the parking lot located next to building SP 814. If you zoom in on the buildings you will find the buildings...we will meet in the parking lot to south of those buildings for check in.
Saturday any parents who would like to come and watch the girls perform, the performances start at 9:00 on the field located on the map north of our dorms,located on fort Douglas Blvd. We should be finished up with everything by 10:45 Saturday Morning and girls need to be picked up at that time. Make sure your girls leave my cell number with you, so you may contact me as needed.
Get ready for a very exciting weekend girls!!!!
