Thursday pep assembly wear blue pleats. And POMS!!!!!! I will excuse you from class at 1:30 to change. Freshman it is your choice to come to the assembly. If you want to come please have your parents check you out of school and to Orem High in uniform by 1:40. Freshman will not be docked points for not attending this assembly.

Concussion Testing!!!!!

Parents and Cheerios 

 Orem High is having each athlete take a sideline concussion test, ImPACT. It helps with determining a concussion. Cheer is scheduled to take the 45 minute test, this  Friday at 10am in the Orem high computer lab.

Each cheerleader MUST take the test. If you can't make it Friday, they have ONE make up time Monday Aug 12 at noon. 

I will be sending home a concussion packet that you must read through together and send back the signed sheet.

Pictures will be Monday August 19th @ 6:00!

Cheer Pictures!!!!!!!!

Cheer pictures will be Tuesday August 13 th @ 6:30. We will meet @ OHS then head up to the shoot:)

You will wear your blue uniform and white aline skirt and POMS!

Hair and makeup done. 

You will also be wearing dresses. Wear a dress that is your personality. We will talk about it more in practice.

This is mandatory!!!! So do what ever you need to do to be there! Get work off etc.

You will need to bring cash or a check made out to Jessie Evans for $30. You will then receive a cd with all of your pictures on it. She does a fantastic job!

Final Summer Practices

It's time to get everything polished and ready for the new school year:)

Just as your packets from the beginning mentioned we have mandatory practice the next 2 weeks.

We will meet Monday thru Thursday 7 to 9. We must work hard every minute. Much to get ready.

Please bring your shoes and poms to every practice!!!!!

For those who have girls camp, family trips, or are doing another sport.... iT is UP TO YOU! To learn any missed material.

I need a text from you, ASAP, stating why you will be missing any practice the next 2 weeks. 

Being sick is not an excuse! We need you there!!!!!!!! 

If you don't know the material by kick off for the first game.... You will sit.

Please work hard for your team.

Next week you will be given our fall sports schedule and your football player.

Okay girls... Remember to be running the routines a couple times a day, working, stretching ect. We WILL know if you have not been:/

Our next practice is Monday July 22 and 23 from 7 to 10 .

We have also been asked to help with Coopers Run again this year Saturday July 27 8 am. We will be doing a short routine and water stops. It is a great experience to help the Koffords and have loved being able to help.

Hope all of you are enjoying your summer. I miss you and can not wait to get this year started:)
