Parents and girls be aware that the following weeks are up in the air with state play offs for boys and girls. As soon as I get info I will post it but stay up to date. As the teams progress we only know day to day what our schedule is.

We will be cheering both Girls Varsity and Boys Varsity games @ Salem.
You will cheer half of each game. You WILL NOT wonder off during the game. During halftime and before or after the game is when you may go and get drinks and bathroom or eat a snack. NOT DURING A GAME!

Make sure you get them approved by and administrator before hanging them up. Also make them good quality. This is to make up points, we don not have to provide this for you, so please do not complain about the effort it will take you to put up a poster.

Well Cheerio's, there is only 2 month's left of your 2012-2013 cheering season=( I can't believe it! I hope each of you enjoy every minute. Even the conditioning, because one day, it comes to an end. You move on and these moments become memories. I hope our next few months together will be fantabulous.

Girls remember to keep conditioning over Christmas Break! It is necessary in order to stay strong and healthy through basketball. If you come back and have done nothing , you have more chance of injury and illness than those who have conditioned and kept muscles moving and stretching.

Keep in mind, if cheer was easy, anyone could do it...

Lets push to new limits and work.

ODC and Dance 3 girls ON THURSDAY you must be there at 7 to help warm up stunts for halftime. Then be back to run halftime at 8:35....NO LATER, so we are not stressing over missing girls. Then after halftime you can return to your rehearsal. I talked with Hollie and she assured me that you would be fine to leave when needed.

Your girls were sent home with a 3 month calender that runs through basketball season. It is subject to change but it is pretty set in stone for now. Please look at it with them and make sure everyone is aware of where they are supposed to be.

Thank you for all your are doing to support your daughters. Encourage them to work hard=)
