Quick Update

Hey cheerios and the amazing parents! Things are moving along wonderfully. The girls are working very hard to perfect skills and learning new ones.
Just a quick update on practices. as coaches and captains we have decided to hold practice from 6:30- 9:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Wednesdays practice from 6:30-7:45 then excused to go to tumbling class for the day. With this change we expect 110% work ethic. We have much to still do before camp and ALOT for school. Please come prepared to work hard, not just for yourself, but for the team=) CAMP is just two weeks away. I will send home packing lists and other info soon with you girls. THE DATES ARE JULY 12-14. We plan to be at U of U by 11 the morning of the 12th.
Cheerios please work the routine and strecthing over your break. IT NEEDS TO HAPPEN! Parents PLEASE push them to do this! Like was mentioned we have learned some new skills and need to perfect them for camp. SPLITS, KICKS, and TURNS ladies! I am planning on a short parent meeting on Monday the 11th. I will post more info in the next few days.

Great work ladies! We also welcome Aubree Lewis to our squad. YAY for us!!!!!!!

THURSDAY BLUE POLO AND BLUE SKORT
FRIDAY UNIFORM
Your hair should be up in a ponytail with your blue bow EVERYDAY!

SATURDAY SUMMERFEST PARADE More details will come after I get the finalized email from the parade coordinator. We will be wearing uniforms.

Due to me getting the flu on Monday, we were not able to close the fundraiser. I apologize for the short notice. I had forgotten that this was scheduled off. We need to meet today, If you can make it today from 3-4:45..PLEASE BE THERE at the field house. AGAIN it is to close the fundraiser with our Cookie Dough Gal, Amy=). Even if you are unable to come, YOUR ORDER FORMS AND MONEY MUST BE TURNED IN TO ME TODAY!!!!!! This is for your team. We have had some great sales and efforts by the girls who have turned there stuff in already. Thank you for your hard work. See you at 3:00=) Thanks for understanding.

I just received the date for the mandatory Safety Cheer Clinic

TUESDAY MAY 8th @ LONE PEAK HIGH SCHOOL from 4-6 pm

THIS IS MANDATORY! YOU HAVE TO BE HERE OR YOU CAN NOT STUNT THE NEXT YEAR! PLEASE MAKE THIS TIME FRAME.

There will not be a bus so we will plan on meeting at Lone Peak by 3:45.

Happy Spring Break

We are so excited with the New Squad! Practices went very well! Pleased with the progress we have made in only 2 practices! It was awesome to see the squad throw toe touch back-handsprings all together! ALREADY! Great team work! Remember to condition and work flexibility over the next week and half. Do the exercises we have done together as a squad. Work on the areas you feel need improvement. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! But you WILL if you don't.

Again GREAT WORK! Remember that next practice is Monday after spring break 3:00! Be on time and ready to work=) Remember to be respectful of the our squad. it is a privilege to be a part of this group, be loyal to each other and the hard work each of you put into making this program.
